WellHELD helps communities to prevent harm and navigate conflict by delivering training, resources, and collaborative networks that foster cultures of greater responsibility and trust.
Our Vision
We envision a world in which social communities share safer, more connected cultures of trust and mutual accountability, in which the welfare of the whole is held as a shared responsibility.
We help our communities to flourish by promoting compassionate, collaborative, and skillful responses to harm and conflict.
We are actively working to make this vision a reality by providing training, mentorship, systems, and a community of practice to support ethical leadership and engaged community participation.
